Your Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for returning damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using the latest tools, techniques, and manufacturer methods. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements
15. Accurately assess damage and determine the most effective repair approach
16. Align, weld, and finish panels to precise manufacturer specifications
17. Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to BS10125 standards
18. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What You’ll Bring
19. Proven experience in automotive panel beating and body repair
20. Proficiency in welding, panel alignment, and metal finishing techniques
21. High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
22. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy workshop
23. SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred, but not essential)
