Your new role
You’ll be providing essential administrative support to a team of professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining and updating internal data systems
2. Typing reports, correspondence, and fee documentation using an in-house audio dictation portal
3. Managing electronic filing and document retrieval
4. Preparing and dispatching property particulars and client reports
5. Assisting with month-end office reporting
6. Occasionally covering reception duties
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have:
7. Experience working in a professional office environment
8. Experience in Audio transcription
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
