About the Role As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering telephone-based clinical assessments and providing high-level clinical decision-making across urgent care pathways. You'll support and mentor colleagues, contribute to service evolution, and work closely with multi-professional teams covering telephone triage, clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, safe clinical telephone consultations in line with policies, pathways and professional standards Provide senior clinical support and expertise to colleagues within the Clinical Assessment Service Apply autonomous clinical judgement to triage, assess, advise and safely refer or signpost patients Prescribe independently in accordance with policy and current antimicrobial guidance Maintain accurate records and promote continuity of care through efficient documentation Contribute to training, education, audit and service development activities Support multidisciplinary working and effective communication with partners across urgent care services Actively participate in continuous quality improvement and governance processesWhat We're Looking For: Registered Health Care Professional (NMC / HCPC) with excellent standing MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (RCN credentialing/digital badge) Independent Non-Medical Prescribing qualification Significant experience working autonomously in advanced practice roles Experience with telephone triage and out-of-hours clinical work Strong leadership, communication and clinical decision-making capabilities Evidence of teaching, training or workforce development experienceWhy Join Connaught Resourcing?
