Enviva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is looking for Paediatric Nurses in the High Wycombe area.
Enviva provides the highest quality complex care at home to clients by employing the best possible staff to provide that care. Our dedicated team is here to help our clients live life as they choose, in their own homes.
What we can offer you:
* FREE training
* PAID refer a friend bonus
* Full and part-time positions
* Further training opportunities
* Employee assistance programme
* Free Blue Light Card
We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process. As a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. During induction, you will shadow another team member to understand your role and meet colleagues.
Your colleagues and management will support you during induction to help you apply your training and answer questions. You'll build your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Group Support.
You will be caring for our young client with Cerebral Palsy, who requires active airway management.
While caring for our client, you'll support them in participating in their favorite activities as independently as possible, with assistance from care staff. Full support is essential to enable these activities, and we seek individuals willing to provide this support wholeheartedly.
About you:
You must be a qualified Registered Nurse, preferably with recent Paediatric Nurse experience, and hold current NMC registration. We seek passionate individuals, eager to go above and beyond. Your skills and experience should enable high-quality care for clients with complex health needs at home.
Your daily activities may include:
* Oro-pharyngeal and Naso-pharyngeal suctioning
* Chest physiotherapy
* Medication administration
* Personal care
* Social activities
If you are passionate about caring for vulnerable people, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and in challenging situations, we would love to hear from you!
If this vacancy isn't quite right, we have other opportunities and would be happy to discuss them with you.
Full terms and conditions are available on our website. We are committed to fairness and equal opportunities in our workforce and service delivery. We welcome applications from all suitably skilled candidates, regardless of ethnicity, gender, disability, sexuality, religion, or age.
