We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to nurture young minds and create magical learning environments for our children to flourish. This rare opportunity offers you to chance to work in both of our wonderful purpose-built day Nurseries, while having the flexibility to choose shifts around your availability.
Hours, Salary & Benefits:
Hours: Based at one of, or between Wishford’s Day Nurseries, this is a flexible role.
Salary: Up to £13.25.per hour depending on skills and experience

Skills:
9. An excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
10. Experience in planning inspiring activities for children aged 0-5 to explore and enjoy
11. Have a completed Early Years Level qualification (Level 2 or above) (not essential)
12. Be confident in creating a stimulating environment that enables children to become confident learners
13. Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build relationships with the children and their parents
Responsibilities:
14. To plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focusing on each individual child’s interests
15. To ensure that a safe, stimulating environment is maintained for children while overseeing the implementation of activities
16. To work alongside the staff team to ensure that the Nursery’s ethos is being fulfilled
17. To work with all staff in promoting good staff practices across the Nursery and always ensure the safety of the children and their environment
18. To liaise with and fully support your room leader
19. To ensure that all child development records are updated, where applicable
20. To discreetly attend to young children’s toileting needs
21. To agree to the policies and procedures and carry them out to the best of your ability
22. To adhere to all nursery policies on safeguarding, health and safety and food hygiene etc.
