Package Description JOB ROLE: Support Worker LOCATION: Kidderminster (DY11) PAY RATE: £13.20 - £13.90* per hour SHIFTS: 08:00-20:30PM & 20:30-08:00AM Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking full time support workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Honeybrook in Kidderminster - part time hours can also be considered. About Honeybrook House: At Honeybrook House, we support up to 10 adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We're located on the outskirts of Kidderminster and are in an ideal location for people who want a peaceful home but also enjoy community amenities and facilities. The nearest town centre is a five-minute car journey from the service and there is also a good public transportation system with buses and train station. Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development. Honeybrook House offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progression opportunities within the social care sector Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!
