Role Overview As a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE, you will manage a diverse range of commercial property matters, working with clients including property developers, investors, and corporate entities. Your expertise will be key in ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities : Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. Advise clients on lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. Negotiate terms and prepare legal documents related to property transactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm. Key Requirements : Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property law.
