Sales Administrator Role:
This is an administrative role where the successful candidate will take pride in providing excellent interdepartmental skills and customer service. Duties will involve but not be limited to:
Working hand in hand with the companies Sales/Project Manager
SALES ADMINISTRATIONS:
* Sales chasing
* Working with team members to achieve department goals
* After sales support/Online customer reviews/feedback
* Track orders
* Confirm plant deliveries/collections
* Taking Public & Customer queries via telephone/email
* Keeping up to date customer records
* Keeping track of sales team's communications with customers
* Preparing & filing sales files/contracts – confirmation of orders
* Organise deliveries/transport
* Take and process customer orders
* Liaise with managers for stock availability
* Improve customer service
* Lead generation
* Creating financial documents including Purchase Orders and Applications for Payment
* Training will be given for in house systems
Core Skills:
* Organisation- ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
* Communication- confident communicating with clients, the public, sales staff, finance and senior management in person, by telephone and email. Can navigate internal departments to ensure tasks are completed. Improving communication within the business.
* Attention to detail – the ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, thorough in reviewing their work, accuracy & consistency, limit distractions
* Customer service- can deliver a consistent level of customer care. Improving customer service experience.
* Punctual
* Ability to adapt to change
* Skilled in all aspects of Microsoft Software essential
