Job Description Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor (Local Authority)
Were working with the Housing Asset Management team of a Local Authority / Borough Council.
They require additional Building Surveyors as follows:
Working on a day rate of £200 on a rolling contract basis
Acting as a lead professional in all aspects of repairs and maintenance across the boroughs housing portfolio
Condition Surveys
Managing response repairs, cyclical maintenance and major works projects, ensuring all works come in on time and to budget
Overseeing appointed contractors, including H&S compliance
Liaison with internal stakeholders as well as tenants/residents in relation to project updates and information
You must drive and carry insurance for business use on your vehicle
The suitable Building Surveyor/Maintenance Surveyor will come from a residential projects background and be familiar working within local authority on social housing schemes.
This position is offered on a £200 day rate on a rolling contract with a minimum 6 month term.
