We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Leicester. This is a rewarding role where you’ll be helping children feel supported, confident, and able to engage with learning. Support may be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, depending on the needs of the school. What the role involves * Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs * Helping children stay engaged and focused during the school day * Providing reassurance, routine, and encouragement * Working closely with teachers and SEN staff * Creating a positive and supportive learning environment What we’re looking for To be considered, you should have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN, or experience in a similar role such as: * Teaching Assistant * Learning Support Assistant * Care / Support Worker * Youth Worker * Residential Support Worker We’re looking for people who are patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people.
