We are looking for a driven and ambitious Social Media Marketing Executive to run marketing campaigns on the web, social media and other digital marketing platforms, whilst also increasing brand exposure through engaging and exciting social media content, campaigns and event activations.
Duties will include, managing a team, identifying market trends, managing social media channels, planning campaigns and using web analytic tools to analyse the performance of our digital content and marketing campaigns. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
* Building and maintaining our brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
* Engage with our follower base on social channels through community management.
* Manage our social media platforms, which include Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* The creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content based on a planned, regular publishing schedule, that builds meaningful connections and engages with our customers.
* Development of brand awareness and maintaining a positive online reputation.
* Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across channels, and to action improvements and solutions.
* Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager, to build out campaigns and audiences for each brand.
* To identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies
* Inspire and educate our venues on site socials with clear direction and purpose
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
* Demonstratable industry experience in digital marketing strategy, PPC, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
* Knowledge of Later and the ability to be independent and self-sufficient with social media & content creation is vital.
* Monitor social media platforms, outside of standard 9-5 office hours.
* Maintain excellent writing and language skills.
* Highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
* Experience with Meta Business Suite, and a deep understanding of PPC. Alongside a passion to continually research and improve existing knowledge.
* At least 2 years' proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and optimisation.
* At least 2 years' proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record in performance marketing.
* Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and graphic format.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to create, edit, and optimise visual assets for digital campaigns.
* Sound and up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
* Experience in planning and executing successful marketing events.
