Hours: 37.5 hours | 9.00am – 5.30pm. Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Role Overview
A day includes supporting the Insight team with execution and delivery of key research & insights projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Contributing to and managing end-to-end research projects covering both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies for internal stakeholders and our multinational CPG suppliers.
* Ideating new research projects by collaborating with stakeholders across the insight team and wider Superdrug business.
* Proactively seeking out wider market research reports and mining research tools for additional supporting insight (including Mintel, Stylus, YouGov etc.).
* Presenting research and actionable insight to stakeholders and suppliers.
* Continuously improving existing reporting methods within the Superdrug business.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E‑Commerce, Store Teams, Commercial Finance) and external stakeholders (Suppliers, Research and Data Agencies).

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar research or customer insight role.
* Proven experience of qualitative and quantitative research (client or agency side) both face‑to‑face and online.
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
* Good presentation skills and experience in generating and sharing meaningful customer insights.
* Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Passion for the health and beauty industry.
* Strong communication, challenge, and feedback delivery skills.
* Encourages teamwork and collaboration and recognises strengths of teams.
* Ability to seek, listen to, and act on feedback to find positive outcomes and solutions.
* Comfortable with data to make tactical decisions and knowledgeable about their specialism and market trends.
* Proactive about using AI to benefit the business and think critically about outputs.
* Balance AI efficiency with human coaching, empathy, and team cohesion.
