One of our clients is recruiting for a HR professional, covering two locations, Milton Keynes and Wembley, you would need to spend one day a week in MK and one day in Wembley. The following applies:
* Supporting clients and hiring managers.
* Offering advice on Employee relations.
* Performance management.
* Leading the recruitment process, job specs, advertising, shortlisting and interviewing.
* Ensure compliance with UK and Ireland. Keeping up to date with legislations.
* Manage employee relation cases.
* Manage HR projects.
* DBS and credit checks
* Maintain accurate HR data.
The ideal hire will have lots of employee relations experience, managed full recruitment cycle for multiple sites and be familiar with UK and Irish legislation, having managed employees in UK and Ireland.
