A fantastic role has arose for a SEND Teaching Assistant based in Leighton Buzzard.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special needs.
* Help implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
* Assist in classroom activities and support behaviour management.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years working with SEND students.
Skills:
* Strong patience and empathy.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
Pay:
Pay rate: £85 - £110 per day. Immediate start.
