Key Responsibilities: Process customer invoices accurately and on time. Monitor receivables, post payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile customer accounts and prepare aging reports. Handle customer billing queries and issue account statements. Assist with month-end by providing AR reports and schedules. Maintain organised records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence. Work with sales and customer service to resolve account issues. Support internal and external audits. Other Duties: Process weekly and monthly payroll. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Assist with purchase ledger tasks. Carry out other finance duties as needed.
