About The Role
As a Front of House Team Member at Space Student Accommodation, you will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors. Your role is vital in maintaining a professional, welcoming environment, embodying our high standards and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include managing daily interactions, overseeing parcel receipt and logging, conducting property viewings, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting emergency procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being.
Working Hours
Saturday & Sunday, 8am - 8pm.
Key Responsibilities
* First Point of Contact: Provide excellent customer service to residents, contractors, and visitors.
* Resident Support: Respond promptly to inquiries, assist with issues, and ensure a positive experience.
* Parcel Management: Oversee receipt and logging of parcels, ensuring proper documentation and efficient collection.
* Visitor and Contractor Management: Ensure sign-in procedures are followed for security.
* Emergency Response: Act swiftly during emergencies, following safety protocols.
* Enquiry Management Support: Assist in handling incoming enquiries and follow-ups.
* Property Viewings: Conduct tours for prospective residents, highlighting amenities and community features.
* Event Support: Help organize resident events to foster community engagement.
* Arrears Support: Assist with payment follow-ups to resolve outstanding issues.
* Property Maintenance and Hygiene: Support cleanliness and presentation standards.
Requirements
* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in student accommodation, property management, or premium hospitality.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
* Ability to remain calm and responsive during emergencies.
* Strong organizational skills for managing logs and administrative duties.
* Team player with collaborative skills.
