Provide Regimental Welfare Support to all members of the Regiment, Regular and Reserve and to deliver an effective and inclusive Recruiting process to attract, recruit and nurture Army Reserve candidates and recruits, and support Whole Force recruiting activity Responsible for the delivery of Unit welfare support to soldiers and families.
2. Implement the CO's Recruiting, Retention and Unit Welfare plans.
3. Identify internal and external best practice for Recruitment, Retention and Welfare and facilitate its implementation across the Unit.
4.Liaison lead between Unit, HQ SW and Wx RFCA for Employer and Community Engagement.
5. Provide direction and support to the ReMSOs on all Recruiting and Initial Training matters.
6. Liaise with RG, Army Media & RAC in maintaining the Regimental Website and Regimental Social Media presence.
7. Unit liaison lead between Unit, Div, Bde and Army E&C for all media matters.
8. Unit lead for D&I and the implementation of the CO's D&I Policy Unit liaison lead with supported Regular regiments RO for ReMSOs Carry out other tasks in the interest of the Unit as agreed with the CO Be prepared to support the Regiment during weekend training activities, Regimentally required Currency & Competency (CPD) and during the Regiment's Annual Training Period (ATP Responsible for ensuring that all Regimental DRS Users remain current & competent and compliant with SyOps and that all DRS actions and records are completed as required Responsible for ensuring administration, such as PME's and UCE submissions, are completed for Unit and sub-Unit Engage to Recruit Events and that submissions meet JMC timelines Responsible for the completion and submission of Business Cases in support of the Regiment's Engage to Recruit requirements and in support of the Commanding Officers Recruiting directives Assist the XO and RCMO with force generation and preparation of mobilising and de-mobilising Personnel Ensure the Commanding Officers POSM Policy is adhered to and the Regiments POSM administration is maintained, as required Unit lead for maintaining contact with mobilised and deployed personnel
