LHH are proudly partnered with a leading global law firm looking to bolster their highly-regarded Energy team.
Given the pipeline of work we are looking to attract both an Associate (roughly 2-4PQE) and Legal Director (PQE negotiable, dependent on experience) and they can be based in either Leeds or Manchester.
You would handle both basic and complex legal matters for a major international energy company and public utility, where the firm serves as the primary legal provider. You'll also service other high-profile clients across the energy sector.
The caseload, given the scope of clients and the firm's reach, will be diverse and stimulating, including advising on energy law and regulation; project finance; power purchase agreements.
Experience therefore within project finance, regulatory frameworks in energy/ utilities, energy-related projects will be highly complementary.
We are open to the background of applicant (whether experience gained is in-house or priavte practice firm), provided there is sufficient experience in the above areas.
Salary starts at £85,000 and goes well up into 6 figures' (DOE). Hybrid basis of 50% office/ home.
