Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced CCTV Operator in Paisley to detect and prevent accidents, crimes, and incidents happening on one of our esteemed sites.
Work Routine - 48hrs per week, 4 on 4 off, 0630-1830, with 2 additional shifts per month

What you will need:
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* Valid SIA CCTV Licence.
* Previous control room experience - desirable
* Previous CCTV System experience - desirable
* Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)
* Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What you will do:
* Liaise daily with peers, management, and clients.
* Operate, monitor, and prioritize security systems in the Control Centre, ensuring compliance with instructions and legislation.
* Manage Access and Egress as per site instructions.
* Record events and actions monitored from the control room.
* Respond to incidents and security issues.
* Report faults following escalation procedures.
* Collaborate with emergency services and security providers.
* Produce incident reports as per client and company standards.
* Ensure safety of all persons on site.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required.
