This is a Monday - Friday working a weekly rotating Early, Back and Night shift. You will oversee a production facility working on the likes of Injection Moulding, Printing and Automation equipment. You will drive continuous improvements and maximise efficiencies. This role suits a Production Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a highly varied, exciting and secure role where you will develop your management / technical skills. The Role Leading, managing and developing your own team. Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst continually improving production line. Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts (Early, Backs and Nights) 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am. The Person Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager background. Manufacturing, Production experience.
