Job Title: Technician Coach - Electrical
Location: East London
Hours: 36 hours per week, full-time
Salary: £27,384 per year (including London Weighting)

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the relevant workshop area and stock within the Electrical team and ensure the health and safety of workshops.
* Support small groups of learners with practical skills and track progress to promote wider participation and achievement in vocational courses.
* Maintain associated equipment within a garage environment; stock ordering and control of materials, tooling and machine equipment (advantageous).
* Support the production of leaners' work pieces to industry-standard quality.
* Bring proactive technical knowledge to the team and coach/mentor others, ideally with FE experience and a relevant curriculum specialism.
Qualifications
* Proven experience of supporting in an industry or workshop environment.
* Experience in coaching or supporting others, ideally within FE, with a relevant curriculum specialism.
