Purpose of the Role
* To maximise Critical Power sales opportunities within the London region by developing strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal specialist teams, and promoting Critical Power solutions across key market sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and develop Critical Power sales opportunities within the London area.
* Develop expert-level knowledge of Critical Power products, applications, and solutions.
* Manage quotations and commercial proposals through to order placement.
* Act as a technical specialist, working closely with Pre-Sales and Expert Services teams.
* Present Critical Power solutions to end users, consultants, contractors, and specifiers.
* Support cross-business opportunities across Energy Storage, Power Control & Safety, and Energy Efficiency.
* Understand project-based versus channel-based sales models.
* Monitor competitor activity and articulate technical and commercial advantages.

* Sales pipeline and opportunity management (Salesforce CRM)

Education & Experience
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer within the Critical Power sector.
• Proven experience selling UPS and STS systems.
• Experience with IT channels or specialist Power VARs is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required by the business
