Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 DOE + 20% Bonus Scheme
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week from home)

A Legal 500-ranked firm in Cheltenham is seeking a Residential Property Partner to lead their established department. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a strong residential property offering while continuing to work on high-quality, non-volume matters within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide leadership and support to a growing team. Work will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Shared ownership, lease extensions and new builds
* High-net-worth and non-volume residential property work
Additional responsibilities include:
* Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to their development
* Ensuring compliance and consistent service standards
* Driving the strategic direction and growth of the team
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
* Strong team leadership and supervision experience
* Broad transactional knowledge including complex title issues
* Commercial awareness with a problem-solving approach
* Excellent communication skills and a focus on client care
* Proficient with case management systems and legal tech
