We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow a well-established Travel Management Company.
This senior role carries full responsibility for business performance, including operations, commercial strategy, client relationships, and P&L ownership. You will drive growth, optimise operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to leisure and corporate clients.
Key focus areas:
* Strategic leadership and business planning
* Leisure and Corporate travel operations and compliance
* Revenue growth, supplier negotiations, and client retention
* Full P&L responsibility and financial oversight
* Leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
About you:
* Senior leadership experience within a Travel Management Company in both Leisure & Corporate travel
* Strong commercial and operational expertise in leisure and corporate travel
* Proven people leadership and financial acumen
* Strategic thinker and confident negotiator who is customer centric
* Experience in supplier management
