With plans for multi million pound investment and a new state of the art manufacturing facility, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to drive the plant forward, taking manufacturing operations to the next level for production, planning, quality, H&S and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Electrical Engineer
1. The leadership of a small Engineering team of around 10-15 Headcount
2. People Management, including the motivation and mentoring of your team to effectively problem solve and develop their careers, aligning the right level of leadership to drive the site and manufacturing lines forward
