£30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus + Early Friday Finish + Excellent Training + Clear Progression
This is a great opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join a well-established subcontractor specialising in glazing, facades, and curtain walling, working on large projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and defence sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for managing enquiries from initial review through to final quotation, undertaking take‑offs, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.
The business is open to candidates at a junior level, offering full training and development for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to estimating within construction and a strong desire to learn, alongside a hardworking and team‑oriented mindset.
Role
* Review architectural drawings and specifications
* Undertake material take‑offs
* Prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns
* Liaise with main contractors and supply chain partners
* Manage enquiries from receipt through to submission
* Work closely with internal teams to finalise tenders
* Office‑based role
Person
* Some estimating experience within construction
* Hardworking with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Computer literate with attention to detail
* Resilient and eager to learn
* Commutable distance from Cardiff
