The role will require you to work from 9:00am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week, reporting to Administration and Client Services Supervisor.
Responsibilities
* Act as main point of contact for clients.
* Resolve any issues that arise with clients swiftly, including all emails and calls.
* Keep clients informed of progress of projects and endeavour to meet deadlines on all projects.
* Maintain relationships with current clients.
* Approve contract review and check scheduling.
* Produce and approve reports and invoices.
* Complete weekly invoice batch for accounts.
* Assist with production of KPI data.
* Ensure all project‑related admin tasks are being completed and assist if needed.
* Perform any other duties deemed reasonable for this position.
Desired qualifications & competencies
* Experience in customer service sector is desirable.
* Confident and well organised.
* Excellent phone manner.
* IT efficient and able to use all Microsoft packages.
