We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods. This role will see you keeping non‑production environments fast, reliable, and ready for change. The Environments & Release Engineer owns the health and consistency of lower environments, keeping them aligned with Production so teams can build, test, and release with confidence using realistic data. The role involves spinning environments up when needed, keeping them running smoothly, and retiring them cleanly helping reduce defects and make delivery more predictable. Working closely with engineers, testers, and architects, this role takes real ownership, spots issues early, and communicates clearly when it matters. Who are we looking for? · Strong scripting capability in at least one language (e.g. Bash, Python, or PowerShell). · Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, automation‑first mindset. · Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (ideally Azure DevOps) and modern Git‑based branching strategies. · Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high‑quality documentation. · Ability to manage multiple environments and competing priorities in a structured and organised way. · High‑level understanding of Kubernetes concepts such as pods, deployments, services, and ingress.
