2. Design and innovate cocktail menus that enhance our guest’s experiences.
3. Control stock and ordering to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
4. Inspire and mentor your team, creating a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.
5. Drive upselling naturally through expert product knowledge and genuine passion.
6. Keep everything flawless, from EPOS accuracy to presentation, allergens, and drink quality.
7. Be the problem-solver guests remember, handling queries with warmth and professionalism.
8. Collaborate seamlessly with front of house, Kitchen, and other teams to ensure every service runs like clockwork.
9. Champion safety and hygiene while bringing fresh ideas to events and promotions.

Hours and pay:
10. 39 hours per week worked on a rota basis working 5 days out of 7 between 3.00 pm and midnight.
