Job Description
We are looking for kind and caring people to join our caregiver team. We will match you with clients based on any similar interests or hobbies. Our award-winning training includes two Home Instead training days at our local training centre, client introductions with a care manager, and up to 3 shadow visits with an established team member. At Home Instead, we are looking for someone who can care for our clients in a balanced way, providing both companionship and person-centered care.
You will get to know your clients' personalities, senses of humor, and interests.
Must have a full UK driving licence and use of your own car
Qualifications
No experience needed; our ideal caregiver may be someone starting a new job with a positive attitude. Experience in care or caring for family is a plus, but we provide all necessary training to ensure confidence in each visit.
We value passion for caring, reliability, professionalism, and a friendly attitude—being happy to chat over a biscuit and a cuppa!
