About the Role
* OGM is the UK's leading injection moulding and device assembly business, trusted by global brands across diverse industries. We're looking for a Customer Development Manager who can combine strategic account management with business development to help shape OGM's next stage of growth.
* This is a high-impact role where you'll split your time between strengthening relationships with key customers and securing new opportunities that align with our ambitious 3-year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow key customer accounts, acting as the primary contact for enquiries, RFQs, and projects.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities into profitable, long-term partnerships.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
* Support accurate estimating, pricing, and commercial decision-making.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years of experience in account management and/or business development, ideally in manufacturing supply chains within the medical or life sciences sector, or with an injection moulding company.
* Proven success in expanding accounts and consistently winning new business.
* Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident working across technical and commercial teams.
* You will be based at our Kidlington office with regular visits to new and existing customers.
