Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and better work-life balance?
We’re looking for adaptable and reliable Cover Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the Dorset area.
The Role:
* Step into classrooms with confidence and deliver pre-planned lessons
* Provide cover across a mix of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
* Keep students on task and engaged in the absence of their usual teacher
* Enjoy the variety of working in different school environments
We’re Looking For:
* UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A positive, professional approach to teaching
* Availability at least 2 days per week (or more if preferred)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
