Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Development Manager at Theatre Royal Bath. The Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and developing applications and compelling case for support documents to leverage funds for The Egg's work. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team, managing grant relationships and reporting, and ensuring the efficient use of resources to achieve financial targets.

* Experience in fundraising strategy development and donor relationship management
* Collaboration skills to work with the marketing team and other stakeholders
* Grant writing and application preparation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency with fundraising databases and software is a plus
* Knowledge of the arts and theater industry is beneficial
