Deputy Payroll Manager – NHS Highland
An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Payroll Manager within the NHS Highland.
The role requires specialist knowledge of all NHS Terms and Conditions of Service, local agreements, and statutory legislation. You will be responsible for driving improvements to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring value for money, and leading on projects. You will also deputise for the Payroll Manager in local, regional, and national forums or project groups.
You will have a professional Payroll qualification or relevant demonstrable experience and proven leadership skills. You must possess a strong customer‑service ethic and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with queries from both internal and official external bodies on all aspects of pay.
This is a full‑time position based in Assynt House, Inverness.
