Key Responsibilities
* Assemble pump and mixer equipment in line with engineering drawings and company procedures
* Conduct production tests and complete detailed test reports
* Inspect and ensure all parts and assemblies are fit for purpose
* Operate manual and power tools safely and efficiently
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient build process
* Accurately record work and support departmental coverage as needed
* Travel occasionally for work-related tasks
* Follow all NOV Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures
Qualifications & Skills
* Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3)
* Proven experience with PC pumps and wastewater product assemblies
* Working knowledge of mechanical seals
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Proficient with hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques
* Basic computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Trained in manual handling, slinging, and lifting
* Strong awareness of HSE protocols and standards
