This role will be based in our Loughborough Magnet stores, working closely as part of a fast-paced, motivated team. With more than 100 years of experience, Magnet is one of the UK’s biggest and best-known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.
What’s on offer?
For this role, you will earn a starting salary of £25,500, with uncapped on-target earnings of approximately £28,000. Magnet recognises and rewards achievements through an uncapped commission scheme, ensuring your hard work is appreciated.
What you’ll be doing
The Greater Picture: At Magnet, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. As a Trade Salesperson, you will create a welcoming environment for all customers, maintain and develop strong relationships, and increase sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge, opening new accounts, and encouraging repeat business.
You will be a vital part of the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets, and collaborate on projects.
Your skillset for performance:

* The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service skills
* A desire to learn product knowledge and design software
* Ability to build strong relationships with the team
* Capability to manage stock
* Computer literacy
* Willingness to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
