Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Talent Team as a Senior Talent Partner / Co-Founder. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the founding team, become a shareholder, and help us build a world-class team by attracting top talent on a global scale. You will also take ownership of key People Operations initiatives to support and grow our internal culture. We're seeking someone with a strong track record, energy, and vision to help drive our growth and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and talent acquisition needs
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
* Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data compliance
* Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environment
* Manage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
* Stay updated on industry trends in both HR and talent acquisition, implementing new strategies to enhance our processes
* Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Job Qualifications
* 5+ years in global talent acquisition and HR roles, ideally in startups or FinTech.
* Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results.
