You might already have some experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or another people-focused role, or you may simply have the drive, ambition and personality to build a successful career in tech recruitment.
What matters most is your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do!
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the foundations of recruitment with full support, training, and guidance. You will:
* Support the recruitment lifecycle by helping source, engage and qualify tech candidates.
* Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, motivations and career goals.
* Learn how to grow your own network through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market engagement.
* Work alongside senior consultants to understand client needs and contribute to delivering great talent.
* Gradually develop your skills to manage your own roles, clients and candidate pipelines.
What You Bring!
* Some experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or another fast‑paced environment (preferred but not essential).
* A natural ability to build rapport and communicate confidently.
* A positive, ambitious attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
* An interest in technology and the world of digital talent.
