Overview
We have an opportunity for a part‑time person to join the Occupational Health Team. The role is to provide administrative activities to support the services provided by the Occupational Health Service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and administration of Health Surveillance programmes and other screening activities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date Occupational Health records.
- Plan and administer OH clinics, and liaise with referring managers, medical practitioners, and other clinicians to obtain required documentation and reports to support OH activities.
- Maintain statistical and financial data related to OH services.
- Act as the first point of contact with customers and provide the OH service with efficient administrative support, including the development and maintenance of office systems through the use of digital processes.
