* Join the largest Court of Protection team in the North West, with real long‑term career stability
* Hybrid working (2–3 days from home) and modern new offices opening this year
* Do meaningful work every day, directly improving the lives of vulnerable clients
This Manchester-based role offers something a bit different to the typical paralegal position. You won’t just be supporting files in the background; you’ll be trusted to manage your own Court of Protection caseload, working closely with vulnerable clients and supporting them in their day‑to‑day lives.
From the outset, you’ll be handling practical financial matters on behalf of clients, managing bills, setting up direct debits, liaising with care providers and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It’s hands‑on, responsible work that requires organisation, empathy and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.
Over time, you’ll become a consistent and trusted point of contact for your clients, building relationships and playing a key role in improving their quality of life. This isn’t a stepping‑stone role, it’s designed for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in Court of Protection, with a clear pathway to progress as you gain experience.
The team itself is large, well‑established and growing, with excellent retention, people tend to stay because they enjoy the work, the environment and the stability. The culture is supportive but busy, with high standards and a strong sense of purpose behind the work being done.
