Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate fire door inspections, remedial works, and upgrade projects

Turn approved quotes into live jobs within the company’s CRM and manage progress throughout
*
Plan and optimise technician and inspector schedules
*
Maintain project timelines and ensure all works meet compliance and quality standards
*
Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout each project
*
Ensure all documentation and reports are submitted accurately and on time
*
Support invoicing, reporting, and provide operational assistance to directors and the sales team
