The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of prestigious residential projects. You'll work alongside talented site managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects valued between £1m-£7m.
2. Manage all financial aspects of construction, including cost control, valuations, and final accounts.
