Oversee the efficient deployment of personnel, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional results.
Your Role
In the role of Resource Manager, you'll manage and coordinate all personnel resources for our Operations team. This involves overseeing staffing logistics, maintaining accurate records of staffing and costs, and providing this information to Finance and other stakeholders for reporting and budgeting. You'll collaborate with external staffing agencies to meet customer demands. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage resource records to produce and maintain organization structures.
* Provide regular reports on resource status and budget utilization.
* Liaise with line managers for accurate and timely resource record updates.
* Coordinate overtime reporting for finance.
* Manage recruitment via agencies, including requirements notification and vacancy resolution.
* Monitor and host meetings with recruitment agencies.
* Support the operations team with resource queries.
* Support the Support Services team to ensure accurate cost attribution to budgets.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Financial and strategic management experience with commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
* Organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations.
* Leadership and influencing abilities.
