Role Purpose We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Content Design & Development Solutions to drive strategic commercial growth across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven sales professional who excels at building senior relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding learning and talent solutions in complex, multi-market environments. You will play a pivotal role in growing our Talent & Learning Solutions portfolio, developing new business, and strengthening our presence across diverse industries and geographies. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help translate market opportunities into tangible revenue growth. Location : Fully Remote Travel : Across Europe Key Accountabilities Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Build and deliver a robust pipeline to achieve agreed sales and revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across priority markets and sectors Expand existing client relationships to drive account growth and long-term value Develop a strong regional network, particularly with Chief Learning and Talent Executives Business Development Leadership Lead and execute business development initiatives across the region Partner with the European Senior Director of Talent & Learning Solutions and wider sales teams to align on growth strategy Contribute to a high-performance sales culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement Commercial Execution & Sales Excellence Execute targeted sales strategies and lead generation campaigns Develop, write, and refine compelling, outcome-driven sales proposals Deliver impactful client presentations and pitches that resonate at senior levels Translate client challenges into tailored, value-led learning solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams across regions and business units Ensure alignment from opportunity identification through to solution delivery Contribute to a seamless, integrated OneGP client experience Market & Industry Insight Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs Use insights to refine sales strategies and inform decision-making Position GP Strategies as a trusted partner in learning and workforce transformation What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement (or overachievement) of revenue and pipeline targets Strong, sustainable client relationships at senior levels A healthy pipeline of new and expansion opportunities across EMEA High-quality, strategic sales engagements and proposals Effective collaboration across teams, driving integrated solution wins Experience & Competencies Proven experience in business development, selling to large enterprises, managing sales cycles of 6-8 weeks Proven success of selling project-based learning content design and development solutions Track record of building and converting new business pipelines Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities Advanced communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills Experience working across regional or international markets Mindset & OneGP Behaviours Growth-oriented with a strong drive to win and deliver results Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in autonomous, fast-paced environments Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams and regions Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, evolving markets Client-focused with a passion for delivering value through learning solutions Why Join GP Strategies At GP Strategies, growth is not just a commercial ambition—it is our purpose.
