High Close School is looking for a full-time Annual Review Secretary / Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule, coordinate and provide administrative support for annual reviews.
* Deal with incoming phone calls, voicemails and emails, responding appropriately.
* Maintain reception and waiting areas in a clean, tidy and welcoming condition.
* Assist in providing telephone and reception arrangements welcoming to children, young people, families and visitors.
* Provide general administrative support for the office and school as and when required.
* Develop and maintain records, both electronically and manually.
* Administer and reconcile petty cash floats as required.
* Arrange meetings, take minutes and circulate minutes and documents.
Qualifications and Experience
* Comfortable working in a busy office environment using IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the MIS system.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively communicate with staff, visitors and young people.
* Experience working within a team and taking initiative independently.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality within strict data protection guidelines.
