Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the design, implementation and support of enterprise-grade solutions across one or more technology domains
* Taking ownership of complex technical deliverables, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with architectural and strategic standards
* Providing technical leadership and mentoring to Engineers and Associate Engineers
* Collaborating with principal engineers, architects, and capability leads to align engineering outputs with strategic goals
* Representing engineering in cross-functional discussions, influencing decisions and driving alignment across teams
