We are currently seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supply agency and work in a SEND school in Whitley Bay. We work with a wide range of schools across the area, so we are confident we can find a role to suit your needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant on supply, you will work across different areas of the school, supporting and engaging pupils who face challenges both in school and everyday life. We are looking for patient, resilient, and dedicated individuals who can bring energy and understanding to the classroom.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
1. Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
2. A genuine passion for education and making a difference
3. A nurturing, engaging, and positive personality
4. The ability to encourage social interaction, promote positive behaviour, and support emotional wellbeing
5. A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
