Overview

We are hiring for our client who are seeking dedicated Contact Centre Customer Advisors available immediately to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexible shift patterns Monday-Sunday (part-time roles also available)
* Hybrid working available after training (1 day a month in the office)
* 6 month FTC, £24-£25k


The Role - Contact Centre Customer Advisor

* Respond to telephone, email, and live chat enquiries from the general public
* Provide accurate information to customers
* Manage complaints and customer queries efficiently
* Respond to e-commerce enquiries and transfer calls as required
* Maintain professionalism and accuracy when completing forms and written responses
* Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management


The Person - What We\'re Looking For

* Minimum 1 year customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional, confident, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
* Ability to read and interpret information accurately
* Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths, or 2 years\' relevant experience
