Operations Director
Esprit Gymnastics – Swindon
Full-Time | Starting salary £30-50,000 (+performance bonuses)
Esprit Gymnastics is a successful, child-focused gymnastics company with a purpose-built headquarters facility and strong reputation. We are a growing, child focussed organisation and are now recruiting an Operations Director to lead our staffing team and oversee daily operations.
This is a senior leadership role positioned between the coaching team and company directors. While gymnastics experience would be an advantage, your true strength must be in people management, systems, and operational leadership.
This is not a Head Coach role.
This is a strategic operations position.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and line manage all coaching and operational staff
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of all programmes
* Manage rotas, staffing structures, and performance reviews
* Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and operational standards
* Improve systems, efficiency, and profitability
* Act as the main communication link between staff and directors
Desirable Requirements
* Gymnastics coaching experience (Level 2 or equivalent)
* Proven staff management experience
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Confident handling performance management and difficult conversations
* Commercial awareness and operational understanding
