You will ensure that all facilities are available to support operational plans and all Work Authorisation Forms are approved and managed.**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**• Accountable to line manager for the monitoring of maintenance activities with the work area. • Highlight and report to line manager the potential for delays in production / maintenance activities due to facility availability which could have an impact on the production programmes. • Ensure no deviations from approved procedures and regulations without formal approval unless urgent programme or personnel safety considerations preclude this. • Accountable for the application of Safety, Quality, Compliance, Legislative requirements internal procedures and processes within area of control. • Attend all relevant committees and meetings as required to review and approve maintenance documentation and modification packages. • Ensure that maintenance and modification activities are conducted safely, that safety equipment and systems, alarm systems, materials, clothing and COSHH regulations are maintained. • Ensure the delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and business metrics in the area of operation. • Maintain the necessary arrangements for work control, timely investigations of event reports, exercise accident scenarios, local audits, action tracking, and facility training. • Ensure that proper management controls are followed for all operations in the work area and that all extant safety regulations are complied with. • Work with the relevant Authorities to produce and approve Design Changes and work area tasking. • Actively engage with Alliance employees to improve environmental, safety, security, health and quality performance, identifying successes and areas for improvement. • Manage the arrangements for the provision of Buildings, Services, Plant and Systems maintenance services by contractors in all relevant work areas. • To be an agent for continuous change and business improvements through the implementation of change processes such as Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence. • Ensure compliance with all client standards and procedures for work carried out on the Facilities, Systems and Equipment within the work area.**Some reasons we think you’ll love it here:****AWE has wide range of benefits to suit you.
